Please note that SSL support is basically not related to the App itself, you need to have your server support SSL/HTTPS as required by Facebook/PHP SDK. Custom work may be required if your server is using a non-standard handling on SSL and no-refind would be made if SSL does not work on your server.
Your server has to include the PHP GD library.
- Most of the hosting should support this already (even the free plan in joyent.com support this). I just list it here for "safety purpose".
