Wishlist for the PHP SDK v3.0

Have you tried the PHP SDK v3.0?

Generally speaking, I like the PHP SDK v3.0.  However, there are still some minor issues that I would like to comment on.  The major one that I would like to point out is

  • As an SDK, I think the interface and parameters should be kept unchanged unless it is a MUST to change it.  The PHP SDK v3.0 is now using a different set of parameters for the authentication related calls.

I plan to make a tweaked version of the PHP SDK, keeping the original interface.  I believe that would help the migration process. Are you interesting in getting it?

What other features you would like to see in the PHP SDK v3.0?  If it is not supported in the official one, we can build it ourselves.

  1. This is a good subject to talk about. Sometimes I fav stuff like this on Redit. This article probably won’t do well with that crowd. I’ll take a look around your site though and submit something else.
