Facebook updates its JavaScript SDK to provide OAuth 2.0 support

Last week, Facebook finall released an updated version of the JavaScript SDK to provide OAuth 2.0 support.

It is good that by default, support for OAuth 2.0 is opt-in, so that all Facebook apps using the JavaScript SDK will continue working without interruption while we transit to use the new OAuth 2.0 features.

Any of you had tried that out already?

Frankly speaking, I will wait at least for 2 more weeks before I attempt to do so.  Hopefully by that time, Facebook should have fixed some of the bugs reported so that the general use cases will be working fine.  Having said that, I hope not many of you will act likes me.  Otherwise, nobody will be testing the new JavaScript SDK.

Good luck in upgrading the JavaScript SDK!
